At Faith & Hope Boutique we strongly suggest that you visit either of our locations for a custom fitting when purchasing pre- and post-surgical mastectomy products. If this is not possible, please note that these are considered medical products and cannot be returned by law. This includes but is not limited to: breast and balance forms, pocketed bras and camisoles, lymphedema sleeves, wigs and head coverings.
By adhering to this policy we can ensure all of our clients quality and sanitary merchandise, since many are receiving immune compromising therapies. If you should find any merchandise defective or received one of our garments as a gift, please contact us upon receipt and credit/or exchange will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please do not send merchandise back without obtaining a prior return authorization as merchandise not in its original packaging with all tags still attached will not be accepted.
